published by PSR and also sold by the AMA. A good resource for do-it-yourself physicians or non-specialist appraisers, with simplified approaches. Good for use in doing "reality checks" on other appraisers' reports. Not adequate for IRS, 501-C3 or court valuations.

Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
We follow USPAP guidelines. Be concerned about any appraiser who does not, especially for IRS or 501-C3 (hospital as purchaser) appraisals. Required by many states and courts.
